All orders placed on our site come with a  sixty (60) day money back guarantee  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, simply return it to us for a full refund.  We do not charge restocking or any other crazy fees.

Return Process:

1)  NO RESTOCKING FEE:  Door Armor will not charge a restocking fee on any item returned within the ninety (60) day return period.
2)  In order to return any item, you must first contact customer service to receive an RMA#. When returning your product, this RMA# should be displayed clearly on the outside of the package.
3) Any components that are received damaged should be reported to our Customer Service center as soon as possible. Instructions will be given on how to proceed. Please have the packing slip available for quick reference and efficient service.
4)  After sixty (60) days items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
5)  RETURN SHIPPING: The Purchaser will be responsible for paying return shipping in all instances, except for the following

  • The Purchaser received the wrong product.
  • The Purchaser received a damaged or defective product.
